Frequently Asked Questions:

When will I receive my first box? The main Glitter Bitch Box shipments go out around the 21st of February, April, June, August, October and December respectively, with additional shipments going out around the 21st of January, March, May, July, September and November for subscribers that sign up in the interim period between two box releases. Your box will generally ship within 30 days of successful billing, although in some instances it can take longer (Example: if you sign up Jun 11th, your first box might not ship until on or around July 21st).

If you are an existing subscriber, your subscription will be renewed on the 10th of the shipping cycle month, and your box will typically be shipped on the next shipping date (around the 21st). If you are a new subscriber, you will receive the box from the current cycle that you subscribed in (or if it is no longer available a special box with similar value), and from then on you will be part of our bi-monthly renewal cycle. Glitter Bitch Box is subject to availability and all boxes are limited edition.

The first box contains:

- Candy Glitter (Ingredients: Dextrose,, Malic Acid, Artificial Flavors & Colors, Natural Mica based Titanium Dioxide Pigments)

- Jade Roller

- Pink Passport Wallet

- Glitter Facial Mask

- Diva Glitzy Hair Product by Nick Chavez

- Body Glitter w/glue

What are the main shipping dates?

  • February 21st
  • April 21st
  • June 21st
  • August 21st
  • October 21st
  • December 21st

How long will shipping take? Once shipped, domestic shipments typically take up to 3-5 business days (except for on or around public holidays), but may only be deemed officially lost after 21 calendar days since shipment. For international shipments (including Canada), boxes may take up to 8-21 business days to be delivered, but due to variabilities with customs and postage it cannot be deemed officially lost until 40 calendar days since shipment. As soon as your box is on its way, you will be emailed a link with your tracking number.

When will I be charged? You’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. In the case of the Semi-Annual and Annual prepaid plans, you will be charged for your first three boxes and six boxes respectively. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular bi-monthly billing and shipping cycle, where you will be charged on the 10th of the month of the relevant shipping month (February, April, June, August, October or December). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to opt out of auto-renewal. Semi-Annual and Annual subscription will automatically renew after 6 and 12 months respectively, unless you opt out prior to the renewal date.

What about outside the US?  Shipping is free within the contiguous US. There will be a shipping charge for any other territory. Note that we are not responsible for any additional taxes, VAT's, duties, tariffs etc. that may be imposed on your Glitter Bitch Box or the products contained therein.

Can I return my Glitter Bitch Box? Glitter Bitch Boxes are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns, except as described in our Terms of Service.

Cancellations: If you are not completely satisfied with your Glitter Bitch Box subscription, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your bi-monthly payments at any time. In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to contact us no later than the 5th of the month in which the box ships out) by sending an email (from the email address you used to sign up) to support@glitterbitchbox.com - please write "Cancellation" in the subject line. You can also cancel your subscription online, by logging into your account and clicking on "Manage Subscription", "View details", then "Cancel Subscription".

IF YOU ARE NOT CANCELED BY THE ABOVE DATE, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. SEMI-ANNUAL AND ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION REQUESTS WILL BE EFFECTUATED AT THE END OF THE CURRENT SEMI-ANNUAL AND ANNUAL TERM RESPECTIVELY. SEMI-ANNUAL AND ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE PREPAID FOR 3 AND 6 BOXES RESPECTIVELY AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Click "View details"
  4. Select relevant setting and make changes/selections

Update your shipping address: 

  1. Login at www.glitterbitch.com/account/login or tap top left menu icon
  2. Click "View Addresses"
  3. Click "Edit"
  4. Make the required changes and click "Update Address".
